Vijayalakshmi Srinivasan, better known as Viji, has completed the Coach’s Program from the School of Coaching, London, where she was trained by none other than the founder, Myles Downey himself. The School of Coaching’s flagship Coach’s Programme is one of the world’s most prestigious coaching training programmes, and runs internationally. It is a well respected and widely-known professional coaching qualification in business coaching. The Coach’s Programme is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Programme (ACSTH) and has achieved the European Quality Award at Senior Practitioner Level through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Viji’s skill as a coach, however, comes mostly from the learning accumulated over the two decades of diverse professional experiences. Being a Human Resource expert through and through, Viji has been instrumental in shaping leadership curves of senior executives from across industries. Human resource strategy, change management and leadership training are some of the domains which she has conquered. Her recent 11 years of leadership experience at Merrill Lynch as Director and Head of Human Resources, while also being the India Integration Lead for Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, are testimony to her skills and expertise in the domain.
Yet, what Viji believes to be her truest strength, is the sheer passion to catalyze growth.
